One of the biggest problems with most mortgage marketing out there is that it doesn’t offer anything UNIQUE that makes it STAND OUT from the clutter. Everyone just seems to be touting the same thing: best rates and best service! While that may work to a certain extent, it will never give you MARKET DOMINANCE. Instead of yelling louder and harder with the same old boring marketing message, why not focus in on a specific niche and then offer a unique value proposition that’s almost irresistible to your ideal prospects? I am wondering what would be the best option for someone who is starting mortgage business but have 20 + years in financial field
what is your understanding of expert – he/she could have all the knowledge but not the right experience and not the right mind set, like doctors, they could be experts in some areas but in the process thay fail because they were weak probably in an assessment phase.
Also do you have any suggestion how to emphasize to the potental client to not looking for the second opinion…
I am trying to find out how to market yourself before you become an expert..
