Bliss Sawyer started Mortgage Marketing Strategies in 2004 with 13 years experience in the mortgage business, having closed $ 40 million in loans while working less than 30 hours a week!

Bliss began her career in the mortgage business in 1991 as a loan processor.  She then moved into loan origination, closing 14 loans her first month and was a consistent top producer within her company.  In 1997, Bliss accepted an offer to relocate and manage her own branch.  This opportunity to manage enabled her to utilize skills in strategic marketing and the hiring and training of new loan originators.  Bliss became invaluable in her motivational skills and ability to expand knowledge and encourage growth within her branch.  During this time, Bliss continued to be a consistent top producer, with one of the highest volume desks in the company.

In 2000, Bliss chose to focus on her family and stepped back from management, with a goal of working less than 30 hours a week while maintaining high production.  By focusing on the marketing strategies that had been successful for Bliss, her production continued to grow.  Resulting in closing $ 40 million in loan production while working less than 30 hours a week!  This production level was obtained without an assistant and by sharing a processor with another high producing loan officer.
