Q: Why would I need a Mortgage Marketing Coach?

And while I'm over with my industry B client, I notice something they're doing that hardly anybody else is doing (but could be doing), and so I borrow from industry B and I take it back and teach it to industry A. As I considered about how to price the Silver and Gold Membership of the "Mortgage Superstar Coaching Program", I wanted to ensure that I met two important criteria:
 
FIRST CRITERIA: The value that mortgage professionals will receive from this program should result in a 10:1 return on investment. This means that if you implement, even a few, of the marketing strategies included in the course you will receive, at a bare minimum, 10 times the amount of gross margin that you invested in the cost of the system.
 
SECOND CRITERIA: Let’s say your average commission per loan was $ 1200. That’s conservative right? Yours is probably more. But with those conservative numbers, your hard-dollar breakeven point on your investment in the Silver coaching program will be covered once you get 1 measly extra client within the next 365 days.
